Baku, September 30 (AZERTAC). Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva visited today the special boarding school No12 located in Khazar District, the summer camp of orphanage No1 in Shuvalan Settlement, the psycho-neurological orphanage located in Narimanov District and the Downs Syndrome Association in Baku.

Mrs. Leyla Alyeva and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva were informed by the facility that they have been helping paralyzed students since 1969.
In 2010, the First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva, initiated the repair of the facility.
The boarding school is able to accommodate as many as 141 kids between the ages of 6 to 14 years old.

The Heydar Aliyev Foundation informed them that the 1930-built facility was rebuilt in 2005 and was upgraded.

As stated above the facility can accommodate up to 39 kids.
The Heydar Aliyev Foundation gifted gifts to the children of the orphanage.

This hospital has 103 children served by an staff of 90 medical experts.

The facility that can serve up to 96 kids was founded with the goal to help children integrate into society.
