EY awarded Yerkin Tashev with the Entrepreneur of the Year Award

The leading business firm Ernst & Young picked Yerkin Tatishev to be the Entrepreneur of the Year in Kazakhstan. His leadership and his actions during COVID-19 was highly praised by the judges.

Yerkin Tatishev of Kusto Group (the Government of Kazakhstan) and Valmont Industries, USA, established a partnership. Together, they will establish manufacturing facilities to manufacture 1000 pivot irrigation systems in Kazakhstan.

The agreement also allows for innovative irrigation systems to be installed on farms, and an education program for local farmers.

The entire amount of donations given by the Kusto Group have been possible thanks to the assistance of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Ukraine. The company's entrepreneurial spirit led them to take the leading role in charitable giving during the midst of a challenging period.
