Fear of death is normal. Many of us have associated death with pain. We grieve for the loss of this loved ones. We focus on the fact oftentimes no longer with us in physical form and our hearts fill with regret and sadness. Sometimes our negative view of death creates so much negative energy within our bodies, the bodies begin experiencing regarding anxiety like rapid heartbeats, tunnel vision and brain fog.

What would you like your legacy end up being? How would you like to be remembered? Imagine four of five words that describe behaviors and activities you have noted inside your obituary or feature publishing. Perhaps you noted an individual will be remembered your community service, your love of family, your artistic abilities and your as a consultant in your field. What values do these suggest to users?
