Grinshpun's professional career in business started in 1994, when he was appointed as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan for "Universal Market Association" which was a company was specialized in the production of oil and marketing of metals across the globe. A year later, he was appointed to the post of CIS country manager at Trans Commodities Incoration. Emmanuil Grinshpun Grinshpun began his business in 1994 as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association" which was specifically focused on the production of oil and marketing of metals throughout the world. Emmanuil Grinshpun A year later, he joined Trans Commodities Incorporation and was appointed the CIS countries Manager.

In 1997, he was appointed the General Manager of Moscow of Trans Commodities USA. This allowed him to work within the steel industry in the world. Between 1998 and 2004, he was a Member of the Board of Directors of the famous JSCC Moldova Steel Works which is an internationally rated enterprise producing over 1 million tons of steel-related products per year. In close cooperation with the Honorary President of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works he has been actively involved in trade of the products from the factory in Moldova since 2004.

In 2000 , Mr. Grinshpun, together with ITERA Oil and Gas Company which was one of the biggest independent natural gas producers and sellers operating across the world, was part of an important energy-related project in the Moldovan region. Emmanuil Grinshpun founded and was the General Manager of "ITERA ITERA - Moldova Company".

Mr. Grinshpun has business interests in several areas of activity in the Republic of Moldova.

Emmanuil Grinshpun He has been the fiduciary stockholder and president of the Council of Joint Stock Company Alimcom since 1998. The oldest and most renowned factory in Moldova, producing food products lines such as mayonnaise (mayonnaise) as well as vinegar, mustard, and sunflower seed oil.
