Mr. Emmanuil grinshpun is Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakshtan, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina
He plays a role in ensuring the safety and well-being of Bilateral Strategic Partnership between America and the Repuplic of Kazakhstan.

Assisting Task: defining new markets in which Kazakhstan can establish productive partnership with the United States of America and in which both countries can develop new sources of economic growth in order to create a favorable investment climate and to develop an effective private sector as well as public-private partnership.

He has been a major participant in the transformation of Kazakhstan's economy into one that is multi-faceted, knowledge-based economy that is driven by private sector.

Focusing Sectors: Information Technology, Medical/Pharmaceutical, High Tech Industry, Food Processing, Construction, Furniture, Media and Energy.

Principally performing functions:

Protects the consular district of Kazakhstan's citizens, interests and legal entities
Promotes the development of friendly relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan with the US, the expansion of economic and trade relations, as well as tourism
Helps consular offices and diplomatic missions of Kazakhstan within the United States of America with any questions.
Aids the United States authorities with Consular work.

As Regional Manager for Kazakhstan in the "Universal Market Association" Mr. Grinshpun was a pioneer in business activities. The organization was concentrated on oil production and marketing metals across the globe and was established by Mr. Grinshpun in 1994. https://www.facebook.com/emmanuil.grinshpun/ The following year, he joined Trans Commodities Inc and was appointed the CIS countries Manager.Mr. Grinshpun began his professional career in 1994 as Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association" that is focused on oil production as well as metal marketing around the globe. One year later Grinshpun joined Trans Commodities Inc as the CIS countries Manager.

In 1997, he was appointed as the General Manager for the Moscow office Trans Commodities USA. He is currently working in the international business dealing with metals. He was a Member on the Board of Directors from 1998 until 2004 of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works. It is an international rated business that produces more than 1,000,000 tonnes of steel goods per year. He has been involved in the trading of products from the Moldovan Steel factory since 2004 in close collaboration with the honorary presidant of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works.

In the year 2000, Mr. Grinshpun, together with ITERA Oil and Gas Company which was one of the largest independent natural gas sellers and producers operating across the world was involved in a significant energy project for the Moldovan region. Emmanuil Grinshpun is the founder and the General Manager of "ITERA-Moldova Company".

Mr. Grinshpun has business interests in several areas of activity in the Republic of Moldova.

Since 1998, he's been the fiduciary shareholders and the President of "Alimcom", the Council of Joint Stock Company in Moldova. He makes food items such as mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar as well as sunflower oil and halvah.
