Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun serves as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakshtan in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina

As a Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at the "Universal Market Association" Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun Grinshpun was a pioneer in the field of business. This association focused on oil production, marketing metals across the globe and was founded by Mr. Grinshpun in 1994. The following year, he joined Trans Commodities Inc as the CIS countries Manager.Mr. Grinshpun was regional manager for Kazakhstan in the "Universal Market Association" in 1994. The association was focused on the production of oil, marketing metals across the globe and various other business operations. The following year the company was acquired by Trans Commodities Inc., and was appointed to the position as CIS Country Manager.

In 1997, he was made the General Manager in Moscow of Trans Commodities USA. This allowed him to remain within the steel industry in the world. From 1998 until 2004, he served as an active member of the Board of Directors of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works. This is a highly-rated steelworks that produces over 1 million tonnes of steel products every year. He was part of the trade of goods from the Moldovan steel plant since 2004and was cooperating closely with the Honorary President of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works.

Grinshpun and ITERA Oil and Gas Company was involved in a major energy project in the Moldovan area in 2000. Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun Emmanuil Grinshpun was one the founder and the Director of "ITERA - Moldova Company".

Mr. Grinshpun runs business in diverse areas of activity in Republic of Moldova.
