Mr. Emmanuil grinshpun of South Carolina, Georgia and Florida is the Honorary Consul of Republic of Kazakshtan
He is a contributor to the security and well being of the Bilateral Strategic Partnership of the United States with the Repuplic of Kazakhstan.

Grinshpun started his career working in business in 1994. He was an Regional manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association". This was an organization that focused on the marketing and production of metals. One year later He joined Trans Commodities Incoration as the CIS countries manager. In 1997, He was appointed the General Manager of Moscow office of Trans Commodities from the USA, keeping on working in the global metal industry. From 1998 to 2004 he was a Member of the Board of Directors for the well-known JSCC Moldova Steel Works which is an international rated company producing more than 1 million tonnes of steel-related products per year. In 2004, he worked closely with the honorary president of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works to encourage the sale of goods produced by the steel plant in Moldova.

Grinshpun and ITERA Oil and Gas Company was involved in a major energy project in the Moldovan area in 2000. Emmanuil Grinshpun was the founder of "ITERA – Moldova Company" and also the General Manager.
