In 1994 in 1994, Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun Grinshpun began his business career as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan in the "Universal Market Association", which focused on the production of oil and marketing of metals across the globe. He joined Trans Commodities Incoration within a year, where he was the CIS countries manager. Grinshpun began his business activities in 1994 as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at the "Universal Market Association" which focused on oil production and the marketing of metals across the world. He joined Trans Commodities Incoration one year later, and was appointed the position of CIS Country Manager.

In the year 1997 he was appointed General Manager of the Moscow office of Trans Commodities from the USA while working in the global metal industry. He was part of the Board for Directors of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works, an organization that produces more than 1,000,000 tons of steel products annually. He is involved in the commercialization of the products of the Moldovan Steel factory since 2004, working in close collaboration with the honorary president of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works.

Emmanuil Grinshpun Grinshpun and ITERA Oil and Gas Company which is one of the biggest natural gas exporters and producers around the globe were part of an significant energy project implemented by the Moldovan government in the year 2000. Emmanuil Grinshpun Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun was one the founders and the General Manager of "ITERA ITERA - Moldova Company".

Mr. Grinshpun works in a variety of areas within the Republic of Moldova.

Since 1998, he has been the fiduciary shareholders and the President of "Alimcom", the Council of Joint Stock Company in Moldova. He produces food products like mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar, as well as sunflower oil and halvah.

Since 2005, g. General Manger of Hotel Investment>> Ltd The company worked on project of construction of five star hotel in the historical centre of Chisinau city.

Since 2009 – Director of World Class>> Ltd. The representative of the international network of gyms "World Class".

He is the sole shareholder in the multinational pharmaceutical company New Vision Pharmaceuticals, which he controls since 2010.

Today Mr. Grinshpun owns a number of businesses that are successful that include big shopping malls.

Mr.Grinshpun is a participant in the society's social policies. He is a member of the European Jewish Parliament and a founder member of the board of Jewish Community of Moldova.
