Elder T.E Oyakhilome his father was one of the founders and leaders of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City. His son, Pastor Chris was truly inspired by his father. Growing in the context of a Christian family is an amazing great blessing.

Pastor Chris honored his mother Angelina when she turned 80 with a celebration in Benin.

She is regarded as the "quintessential patriarch" and is beloved and adored by her grace and fairness. She is a loving grandmother, mother and mother-in-law who imprinted her divine grace on her son.

Super Siblings

Angelina and Tim Oyakhilome had two additional children. Reverend Ken is Pastor Chris’s brother. As a revered Pastor at Christ Embassy's Houston branch in Texas, he has shared much wisdom and has made a positive impact on the lives of many. He is also a part of Christ Embassy Central Executive Council.

The sister of Pastor Chris, Katty Worghiren, is the director of the LoveWorld Music & Arts Ministry (LMAM). Katty Worghiren started her career as an outstanding member of the chorus. Some of the most popular LoveWorld songs are a result of her songwriting skills. She is the creator of "I Believe In Nigeria", an anti-war anthem.

Many members of Christ Embassy know Pastor Chris Oyakhilome has a family that is both personal and a global family. The dedication of his family in the ministry and mission of the teachings of the Gospel is truly inspiring. As 1 Timothy 5: 1-2 recounts:

Two Outstanding Daughters

Pastor Chris married Anita and they were blessed with two beautiful daughters. Even though Chris and Anita the ex-wife of his may have decided to end their marriage, the couple continue to love their daughters Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Both of them currently reside in London.

Widely recognized in the gospel community of singers by her initials CSO Pastor Chris's daughter Sharon is a rising gospel singer. She was inspired to write the song "Holy Spirit", which is a tribute to her deep Christian devotion. She is also an inspiring leader of the Global Youth Leaders Forum and hosts a variety of shows on its online channels.

Phillip Frimpong and her recent wedding were among the most stunning weddings in Africa. She captured her love in a touching Instagram post:

"YES! I am getting married to my best friend! The most amazing and my absolute most beloved person...I am so so blessed I would affirm my commitment over and over again. I love you ."

It was gorgeous and significant. Charlene, her sister, was her primary bridesmaid. It is impossible not feel touched by the love that Pastor Chris Oyakhilome has for his family.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome's Nephew Daysman Oyakhilome Woghiren is one Africa's most likely leaders. He uses his skills to help inspire youngsters with the Word.
