He joined Trans Commodities Incoration one year later, and was appointed the position of CIS Country Manager.

Emmanuil Grinshpun In 1997, he was named as the General Manager for the Moscow office Trans Commodities USA. He is currently working in the international business dealing with metals. He was a member on the Board, 1998-2004, of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works. It is an international rated company which produces more than 1,000,000 tonnes of steel products per year. Working closely with the Honorary President of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works he is active in the commercialization of the steel products produced by the Moldovan Steel Factory since 2004.

Grinshpun and ITERA Oil and Gas Company which is one of the largest natural gas exporters and producers in the world was involved in an significant energy project implemented by the Moldovan government in the year 2000. Emmanuil Grinshpun, one of the directors and founders of the "ITERA-Moldova Company", was also involved in the project.

Mr. Grinshpun has business interests in various areas of business in Republic of Moldova.
