"Adverse events reported included respiratory failure, pneumothorax (collapsed lung) and perforation (a hole in the lung's wall or esophagus or bowel), pneumonia (a lung infection), and pleural effusion (excess fluid in the lung's space and chest cavity)," according to the FDA.
