Protects the consular district of the Republic of Kazakhstan's interests, citizens, and legal persons
Promoting friendship between America and Kazakhstan as well as the development of trade and economic relations.
The Republic of Kazakhstan provides the needed assistance to American consular and diplomatic offices.
Communicates with American authorities regarding Consular activities.

Grinshpun started his career in business in 1994 as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association". It was an organization that focused on the production and marketing of metals. The following year, he joined Trans Commodities Incorporation as the CIS countries Manager.Mr. Grinshpun started his career in business in 1994, working as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association" that is focused on oil production as well as metal marketing across the world. One year later he joined Trans Commodities Incorporation as the CIS Countries Manager.

In 1997, he was made the General Manager of Moscow of Trans Commodities USA. This enabled him to continue working within the steel industry in the world. From 1998 to 2004 the member was on the Board of Directors for the well-known JSCC Moldova Steel Works which is an internationally recognized company producing over 1 million tons of steel-related products per year. Emmanuil Grinshpun He is involved in the trading of the product of the Moldovan Steel factory since 2004, working in close collaboration with the honorary presidant of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works.

Emmanuil Grinshpun Grinshpun and ITERA Oil and Gas Company were part of an important energy project within the Moldovan region. It was a huge independent producer and seller of natural gas. Emmanuil Grinshpun founded and was the General Manager of "ITERA ITERA - Moldova Company".

Mr. Grinshpun has business interests in various areas of business in the Republic of Moldova.

Since 1998 he is the fiduciary shareholder and president of the Council of Joint Stock Company "Alimcom" The company is Moldovan oldest and most well-known factory that produces products for food like mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and sunflower seed oil. Halvah, and more.
