After a rocky start in December, Mojang has launched Minecraft: Pi Edition for use on the tiny ARM PC. The release for the public is a cut-down version of Pocket Edition that fits into the system's limited resources, including networking if you've purchased the $35 Raspberry Pi unit. The limitations limit the likelihood that you'll create virtual electronics with an instrument that was originally designed for real electronics, but try not to let the irony get in your way because it's a chance to create blocky virtual worlds on a computer that's less than a good night out.
