You want to play Pokemon in Minecraft? There's a mod available that will allow you to capture all the Pokemon that are in Minecraft's crowded world.



Pixelmon Generations is a Pokemon mod you can apply to Minecraft to transform the game into a pixelated Pokemon paradise. You'll see Pokemon roaming the many biomes that you travel through from Bulbasaur to Ditto that you can catch or tame and fight with. Pixelmon is an inspired by Pokemon Minecraft world. You can still visit stores, gyms, and centers exactly like in Pokemon.

Pixelmon download


You'll be required to follow these steps to download Pixelmon Generations




1. The first step is to install Minecraft Forge 2. After installing Minecraft then open Minecraft. Select 'launch options' and click advanced settings. Select the new version. Save it and go back to the play options and choose the version you saved Forge version 4. Close Minecraft and go to Pixelmon Generations 5. The Java Edition is the most recent version of Pixelmon. Go to Minecraft's game directory, you can find this by typing %appdata%.minecraft into the Windows search bar 7. In the Minecraft game directory, locate the folder'mods' and drag the downloaded Pixelmon Generations file into that folder 8. You're now ready to boot up Minecraft!





Pixelmon Reforged

If you've come across the game Pixelmon Reforged, then you may be wondering what's the difference between Reforged and Generations? While they're both mods, Reforged can be downloaded to modify Pokemon into Minecraft. However they have distinct development teams.

So, be prepared for the latest updates and versions of each mod to differ. Both versions of the wildly popular Pokemon mod provide a wonderful experience, however Generations offers slightly more updates to the content on a regular basis and also has more 7th generation Pokemon than Reforged. Although Reforged is undoubtedly more smooth, both versions provide the same authentic Pokemon experience.
