The biggest error we make is to assume that we're in complete alignment in our expectations of each other and not trying to guess what our counterparts expect from us. We're usually completely in sync with our partner except for one thing : he doesn't take advantage of the opportunity to expand this gap . There's nobody to tell us about the imminent conflict.
There are many factors that can lead to confusion. The squared personality is more likely than liberal individuals to be misinformed, while individuals who are aggressive may have difficulty in coordinating expectations with passive. This is easy to see that squared personalities can be distinguished from liberal, while aggressive individuals can be distinguished from passive.

But, they may not be aware that they are so different. Think of the personality gap. It has never been discovered and has never been reported or studied by anyone. !

Two kinds of people are human. Some of us fall into the "full-circle" category which refers to a person who is completely self-sufficient and doesn't believe that he needs a partner. He requires a companion. Absolutely! It's all true! ... However, he will have to live without a dream partner until he finds one. He will continue to live his life in a relationship with the person he is going to marry once the time comes to find one.
The other human side is comprised of the "half-a-circle" kinds - (no this isn't full circles that were damaged during the delivery) - ... It's true they require a partner, yes, they want a partner badly, yes, they are in constant and almost religious search to find a suitable partner... and yes, it's on the same scale in terms of national security for them to locate their ideal partner as they simply cannot survive without one. When they find the grumpy creature and they are determined to keep it go. To form a happy circle, they will nearly join with the victims... but don't let them do this thing of living together! The Halves aren't willing to compromise on anything less than staring at each opposite from a distance of a single pixel throughout their lives. Their desire to merge with their partner and form a unit will only be fulfilled by things that aren't as intimate.

Interesting observation between these two types: the decision to let go of a partner. Someone who is no longer chemistry-wise with the full circle will be released easily by the entire circle. Half-circles, however, redefine what 'having mutually chemistry with their partner is referring to - 'I'm keeping this B..ST..RD until I am able to safely replace them with a proper upgrade'.
Imagine the dance where a half-a-circle and a full circle try to make their partner happy. But, the half is able to move two steps ahead of the safety zone. The unexpected intrusion into his private space can be a bit scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The issue is that he made this move by forcing the Half out of his comfort zone . When the Half believes that the Full has made an error of his own and then responded with a step forward the Half becomes annoyed and take a step in the opposite direction.. The Half.. Half.. and the Half are both a bit off. They cannot explain their pain and have no idea why. They could have saved their lives if they understood the difference between half and full.
There isn't any single solution, there are actions you can adopt.
1. Learn who you are
2. Learn about your partner
3. Make the distinction.
3. Respect that distinction!
