He didn't stop there. In 2011, Globes gave Beracha the "Esteemed Partner" award, acknowledging him as an influential investor that he had become. Rami founded Sosa in 2014, a new initiative. Sosa's innovation centers are located in New York and Tel Aviv. They help startups that are high-tech through partnerships with global entrepreneurs. Sosa was recently appointed to manage and build New York City's Cyber Center.

The new fund, Ender Ventures as he calls it, will join Israeli as well as European Investors to support UAE high tech companies in virtual reality, artificial intelligence and robotics. Even though it appears that Rami Beracha succeeds in everything that he has chosen to do, his life hasn't always been simple. As with many Israelis, Beracha joined the army when he was a young man. He was a Paratrooper's Brigade combat soldier and fought during the Lebanon War. Rami joined a rescue group that was sent to assist wounded soldiers who were injured in a minefield in 1983. It was just after the war. However, Rami stepped on a hidden mine and was unable to walk and also lost his hand in the accident.

His rehabilitation period in the hospital was among the most challenging times of his life. He couldn’t move and was overwhelmed by sadness and depression. The dream of becoming an army officer were not realized and he lost his sense of self. Rami was able to dream and live through the pain. Rami decided to live a life that was better and more enjoyable than it was prior to his injuries. Rami decided to try different extreme sports. He is now a kitesurfer (and snowboarding), and has even been on the mountain of Mount Kilimanjaro. He believes that his self-confidence and unbeatable spirit from his past is driving forward in his quest to make improvements in himself.

Rami is a volunteer and gives to many organizations. He is committed to helping young wounded soldiers. Rami led a team of soldiers who sustained injuries during military service in Nepal in the year 2016. In 2018, he was promoted to major in the Israeli army's paratrooper and fire brigades. His childhood dreams had come true, despite all the difficulties. His story and his passion are a true inspiration to other people. Rami did not allow his injuries to stop him; he continued learning and trying new things until he was stronger than ever.
