It's a major issue when people don't understand. It's almost like a minefield. It's a matter of seconds after the first encounter with someone, and ends with an impressive explosion...
Our greatest mistake is when we believe that there is complete agreement in our expectations, without ever trying to understand the expectations of our partner. One thing we can be sure of that our partner will not miss an opportunity to increase this expectation gap . There's no one out there to alert us to the upcoming conflict.
There are numerous factors that can lead to miscommunications. Square personalities are more likely not to communicate with people who are liberal. Affirmative personalities may struggle to align their expectations and the expectations of passive people. But this is easy to spot - we know that liberal is squared, and aggressive from passive.

Imagine if they were very different? There is a chance that there is a gap in their personalities that we do not know about. It has never been discovered and has never been reported or even investigated by anyone. !
I'd like to introduce you, ladies and gentlemen to the new type of personality that we all share: the FULL CIRCLE personalities versus those of the HALF-CIRCLE people. !
Note : This is a behavioral guidance. After you've read the analysis, try to figure out which persona best represents your personality. At the same time look for the person who your partner in real life is. If you find that you're of two distinct types, like Bono says "we're one , but we're not the same" You should feel happy. You may have found the root-cause of many of the differences in your life! If you're in the same category like me, I'm sorry to say that I'm unable to help with understanding why your relationships are to be so poor.

Two kinds of human beings are there. Some people are 'full-circle', which is a self-contained person who is completely at home by himself. Yes, he wants to partner with others, and sure, he's always looking for people to share his life with. Absolutely! All true ... However, he will not be able survive without a suitable partner. When he has discovered one, he'd like to live his life, in a relationship with his hopefully complete circle of a partner.
Half-a-circle people make up the remaining half of the human race. And once they have found the terrible creature, they DO NOT LET GO! They'll move to physically join their victim to form a joyful circle... and don't give them this bullshit of living shoulder-to-shoulder! The Halves aren't content with any less than gazing at each other from a distance of zero distance. It is impossible to make them feel more intimate than that.
An interesting distinction between the two types of people is the decision to let go of an individual partner. A partner who has lost their chemistry with the full circle will be released in a natural way by the entire circle. However, half-circle types alter the definition of chemistry between partners to mean "I am holding onto this B..ST..RD. until I am able to replace him with a new upgrade."
Imagine to yourself the unbelievable dance taking place when two "half-a-circle" and the "full-circle" are trying to impress the other's partner, but not aware of their different geometries. The Half takes two steps forward and over the comfortable zone of the Full who finds this sudden entry into his own personal space a bit intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He forced the Half out of his comfort zone . Although the Half believes that the Full made an innocent error, and kindly compensated by making another step ahead, the Half is more concerned and begins to get angry. The Half and the Full understand why, but aren't using the correct terminology. They're unable to adequately explain their frustration, and so they search for the wrong things. It could be a lot easier for them to live if they understood the difference between the Half and Full.
Although there isn't a single solution, there are some options you could adopt.
