1. The first LED lamp bead is welded on the aluminum substrate with soldering iron and tin strip for standby.
2. Solar Light -washing lamp with the drive power supply is filled with glue to ensure that the drive power supply is 100% waterproof.
3. Then test and light up the welded board to see if there is faulty soldering or no light, so that the preliminary aging can be done and the driving power supply and LED lamp beads of the LED wall washing lamp are good.
4. After the test is completed, apply heat transfer oil on the back of the aluminum substrate, and put the lamp plate into the lamp housing. The heat transfer oil is used to distribute the heat of the LED lamp beads to the lamp body, which can prevent the LED lamp beads from fading.
5. The preliminary process has been completed. The drive power is welded to the positive and negative poles of the aluminum substrate, and then the two ends are bound with Meiwen glue for glue filling.
6. After the glue is dry, cover the glass. The structure waterproof LED wall washing lamp does not need to be coated with glass glue. If the structure is not waterproof, it needs to be coated with glass glue.
