Time Magazine readers have voted Minecraft creator Markus 'Notch' Persson the second most influential person in the world.
The reader's poll saw Persson receive 156,694 votes however, 18,694 people also voted that there was "no way" Persson could be able to win.
Notch was defeated only by the Egyptian president Mohamed Morsi who received 173,091 votes and 220,907 "no-way" votes.
Kim Dotcom rounds out the top three, but most notable is that Gangnam Style's Psy and movie star Jackie Chan both beat out US President Barack Obama (7th, 11th, and 12th respectively).
This Friday, Time will release its official list of its employees.
