Minecraft does not have an official Stranger Things DLC, at least not as of yet however it was just a matter of time before people began building things based on the Netflix show, regardless. It's not that horror is a complete contradiction to what Minecraft is about; just look up the powerful Warden and you'll see that's the case. However, it still takes some effort to make things genuinely scary in such a cute game.
That's not stopped Redditors Fiki and Biki though who decided to construct the Creel House from Stranger Things out of voxels. They went to Reddit to post up some photos of the construction, and the editing of the photos on the first image really adds a feeling of uncertainty to the whole thing. If you're interested in watching how it was actually built, you'll be glad to know that you can watch it on YouTube.
Although the majority of the edge is infused by editing, small things like the leaves being removed from The Upside Down version of the building help immensely. Some players suggested it would be a great idea to create a nether portal within an overworld setting and then warp through it. citizensnpcs Then recreate the house in the area perfectly. This would properly replicate the story, but is actually a great idea for an independent map.
It requires a lot of energy to recreate things perfectly. Imagine a journey through the scenes from the show both in the overworld and the nether. Each scene is identical, minus the various enemies. It'd be a wonderfully unsettling experience.
