I have spent more than 2 years in this company with no growth at all and after completing 1 year they gave me a hike of Rs 500 which is a slap on employees face .I have seen people with lesser performance grab position of senior analyst by either changing process or in same central division as well. I have done good in tsr, gsr and xm as well to try n bring as much benefit top company doing as much as 10-11 xm sales with good gsr conversion in fiscal month but my efforts were never appreciated and i never got any promotion. Recently my name was brought in escalation for chat pinning which is a thing we were never even taught that it could lead to escalation for which the hr sent me an email that i wont be eligible for promotion for next 1 year like literally the only reason for chat pinning is to avoid the timeout script to go on active chat we are not robots that we can talk to 3 active customers without any dead air at all so the only reason for that is to avoid that timeout script to go to active chat as if there is no pin in mercury the timeout is automatically sent to chat after which the customer will get angry and close conversation and give a detractor for which we have to take feedback from manager and listen lots of things So why should i work for company which has literally told me that after 2 years i am not eligible for promotion for another 1 year and take the chances that maybe i will get promotion next year or not as well. I have never referred any of my friends to this company as well because i don't want anyone to go through the experience i have gone through in this company for the mere amount of Rs7500.I have also given my 100% to this company the day i joined 2 year back slowly all the employees left 1 by 1 from that team and that whole team got dissolved after which i have also done support in a team and then went to take chats in new team of fresh employees which got dissolved as well after lot of resignations .There must be a valid reason for why everyone is leaving if there is no growth in company and shift timings are hectic as well and when we ask for paid leaves we are given option of week off swap which is totally not the same as paid leaves like we have to work on week offs to take those days off .I have even gone above my shift timings extending it by 2-3 hours just to do xm sales trying to bring more business to company because that is how much dedicated i am for this company but my efforts were never appreciated here .I wont say the names out loud but the managers and pm's are not very supportive as well when it comes to handling the employees and managing the teams i am not saying all of them have done it some of them are good as well but according to my experience i have not gotten that much support. The lat agents ask for support like every alternative days be it of 15-20 minutes but if sometimes we exceed the break by 5 minutes then they complaint to the manager regarding the same and then we have to listen a lot of things from the manager because of that. Xfinity exchange was good way of earning some extra incentives in the starting throwing things like nbx bingo,internet sales but now that xfinity as launched new line of business of mobile the only way to earn points is by selling mobile lines so if someone cannot sell mobile there are no incentives for them at all on other sales. Overall my journey in eclerx has not been the best because my efforts were never appreciated here and no matter how much you give its never enough and sinc there is no growth and shift timings are too hectic as well that is the reason i am resigning .I will better get a job in my own field for which i have done my graduation in with which i can earn way more and grow there more in 1 year than i will ever in this company .I mean each and every word i have written here because it is my experience the same as how the customer submit there experience after the chat is over and give a rating hoping that it will help bring a change in some future employees work environment and help improve it .I am looking forward to serving the notice period .
