I've applied for my study permit restoration on December 6th, 2022. I have also stopped my studies since the expiration of my status on October 28th and am awaiting for my status to be restored before I can go back to school and continue my classes. My school has granted me until January 28th to restablish my status in order to rejoin my group in the current session and still be able to graduate by August 2023.
My purpose of writing this letter is to hopefully expedite the process of opening and reviewing of my application in order to avoid missing further classes, which could result in me being forced to delay my studies until Autumn 2023. Consequently, my current CAQ will become useless in that case, and I would have to again reapply for a new CAQ and Study Permit to be able to complete my remaining program and obtain my degree.
