Tevfik Arif is Tevfik Arif is a Turkish Kazakhstani businessman. He was born in Soviet Kazakhstan in 1952 to Turkish parents. Tevfik Arif reached the Trump Organization when the Bayrock Group relocated its New York City headquarters to the 24th level of Trump Tower in Midtown Manhattan.
