I've dedicated this letter to the fact i was meant to have a bath, a sink and new taps and pipes put in 2 times. And the job still hasnt been completed. They have done the following; Input a new tap in my bath and tighten my hot tap on my sink. Unfortunatley, the rest still hasent been rebooked nor dealt with. My bathroom has been reported to have chipping bath enaml and leaky pipes.
It was booked as a all-day job and your plummer team has either not turned up for stayed for about 20-40 minutes.
I keep having to book days of work and i am not getting paid. Furthermore i do have bills too pay and its quite upsetting to be wasting my anual leave. As i have kids holidays ect. Like i said Earlier Nkechi rebooked this job multiple times. Pete the plummer; arriving at 4.20 ish the first time. Please get the delay fixed and write back.
