INT. S'S LIVING ROOM - DAY

S is sitting at a table, going through a lesson plan for her yoga class. She glances at the clock and her face falls in surprise as she realizes she has less time than she thought before her next class.

CUT TO:

INT. S'S APARTMENT LOBBY - DAY

S opens the door to her apartment to find one of her students, JEN, standing there with her mat.

JEN
S, I need to get to my son's today. Can you come outside?

S, surprised, grabs her mat and follows Jen outside.

CUT TO:

EXT. S'S APARTMENT BUILDING - DAY

S is greeted by a crowd of what appears to be a street family, all smoking cigarettes. One of them starts inquiring about the class.

STREET FAMILY MEMBER
Hey, is this the yoga class?

S, focused on the fact that she only has one minute to teach, hurries inside.

CUT TO:

INT. S'S APARTMENT - DAY

S enters the room and realizes that the animated show she's been watching, Bob's Burgers, is on TV and that there are two TVs playing. The room is filled with furniture and half of the people in the room are new and possibly Spanish speaking.

S hears JEN say "This is going to be a long day." S tries to lighten the mood but she can't get the TVs to turn off.

S
(frustrated)
Can someone please turn off the TVs?

S starts to pull plugs out of the wall. By now, 15 minutes into class, she starts moving furniture and people are talking.

S
(calmly)
Ok, everyone. Let's take a deep breath and begin class.

Despite the chaos and unexpected turn of events, class begins and is successful in finding inner peace and calm by the end of class.

CUT TO:

INT. S'S APARTMENT - DAY (LATER)

S sits down on a mat, looking exhausted but victorious. The final shot is of her reflecting on how even in the most unexpected and chaotic of situations, yoga can bring a sense of peace and balance to one's life.

INT. S'S APARTMENT - DAY (LATER)

The class is over and the students leave the room, satisfied and smiling. S sits down on a mat, looking exhausted but victorious. She takes a deep breath and closes her eyes, still trying to process the craziness of the class. Suddenly, there's a knock at the door.

S gets up and opens the door to find JEN and her son, who is holding a handmade card.

JEN
I wanted to thank you for being so understanding today. My son wanted to make you this card to show his appreciation.

S takes the card and looks at it, touched by the gesture.

S
(smiling)
Thank you, this means a lot to me.

JEN
(smiling)
And thanks for the great class too.

S nods and watches as JEN and her son leave the apartment. She closes the door and looks at the card again. The final shot is of her holding the card, still smiling, as she reflects on how sometimes, even in the most chaotic of situations, there can be moments of gratitude and positivity.
