Sheactyson's 327th M.O. Application

Yes, I am a Second-Lieutenant. Yes, I have Skype.. Sheactyson. And lastly, yes, I do patrol the planets actively in my free time.

1) Why do you want to be a Minor Officer for the 327th Star Corps?
I want to relive old times and be a bigger part of the ever fast growing legion, the 327th Star Corps. I also would like to better the M.O. standards of maturity and meticulous a attitude when on duty. Being a M.O. would provide me more freedom of when to be active, because I feel like being a lesser rank makes you have to be ready at all times for a training that you must go to on the Officer's time, not your own. I wish to give the lesser ranks more of choice on when they want to go, by giving them more trainings than we already have.

2) What will you offer the 327th that you think others can't?
I will offer experience and a great attitude of understanding while being in strict charge. I can provide some great guidance for some of the 327th's "newer" members, and how they can improve. I am willing to learn, which means I am able to improve, which means the 327th is able to gain strength and respect because of my willingness to improve and better myself. I wish to pass this passion on to those around me, as to strengthen the 327th even more than just one being could do.

3) What days of the week are you active on?
I will be active a little bit (Enough to fit in 1-2 trainings within those days) Sundays-Thursdays and I will be quite active Fridays and Saturdays.

4) What is your timezone?
I live in the EST timezone.

5) What makes you an effective leader?
What makes me and effective leader? I inspire those under me with how I respect my superiors, how I do my best, and how I work diligently and they strive to become alike in their ways.. such as to become a better trooper. I also drive strict tactics, yet effective and sympathetic, into those under me such as to give them more of a reason to respect and obey me when it comes down to a hard decision. Most of those under me have remained loyal to me, and have grown really fond of how I command and wish to see themselves in my position one day, which is my main goal for their future.
SIDE NOTE: As you well know, I was a Field Commander and a X.O.. which provides me with the power of foreseeing into how and what must be done in certain situations while being an officer of a legion and a commander in the Republic.

6) Will you be loyal to the 327th?
I will be very loyal to the 327th, as most older members in CAR have seen. Even if I were offered a Battalion Commander position in another legion, I would not take it unless I thought someone could fill my shoes with diligence and swift passion of learning.
