The article starts of giving examples and numbers on about texting while driving. Then it talks about the idea of teenager to text while driving without looking at their phone, but this still distracts their mental concentration and at least one hand. Later on it talks about the idea of practicing driving with and without texting while playing a driving Video Game. The result of the distracted driving “suffered” from their baseline performance. This demonstration was brought to students at high schools to show them the consequences and results of distracted driving. The DND (“Distraction N’ Driving“ or “Do Not Disturb“) Team also held a presentation about facts in crashes to the students. They hope to continue and help more students understand the problem.
