The Mysterious Girl (Also known as the Ghost Girl) is an NPC that Game Freak put in there purposely that would talk to the player saying, " No, you're not the one..." This is a small Easter egg that they implemented that has confused many players and is a good idea to theorize. The appearance of Ghost Girl in XY and ORAS it the same; a black and grey gown, dark blue hair, and weird eyes that could potentially hypnotize the main character.
