1. We didn't wrong anyone, what we decided wasn't unreasonable. Having one "stacked" team and one other team collaborating and working together towards one common goal with each team helping the other team out and not competing with each other is a reasonable choice to make. In addition, we did not wrong anyone as friends, if we completely split, then maybe we would have wronged them as friends but that is not what we are doing. Kenno thinks that completely splitting is preferred to collaborating if we have a stacked team; I disagree with that, that if we did have a stacked team and we did completely split and refused to help the other team, then in that case, we would really be dicks.
2. With that in mind, because we aren't in the wrong doesn't mean that anyone who disagrees is in the wrong. Things are still sorta not optimal right now, if shit comes our way we take it and we figure it out. We can't just throw shit back. Also do not second guess anyone, there's no good or bad, right or wrong, no one is trying to get a easy deal or take the easy way out. Therefore we cannot be confrontational, because we are in the right right now and the minute we act like assholes we are in the wrong. We will likely get confronted and when we do we talk it out, we must not confront back.
3. I feel that the other team is in a competition mentality. They feel that we are ditching them and leaving them to fail. Their thinking right now is to get the best possible deal that they can take. That is okay, we can't deny them the best "deal" that they can take but we must do our very best to convince them to move away from a competition mentality and towards a collaboration mentality. I want the situation to be as such that we will help each other to succeed, if we can do something that they can't do then we will help them and vice versa. If we cannot convince them out of a competition mentality, then this will not work as well as it can. However, if they maintain going for better "deals" then we have no right to stop them, we can protect our interests and they will do their best to protect theirs. The better situation is if we can change the mentality to the case where there is no "our interest" or "their interest", no "us" and "them" but rather everyone under queueskip.

These are some things that I feel we should keep in mind moving forward with setting up the teams. Maybe things are already good and everyone's cool in which case dont worry about this shit. In essence, we arent wrong and neither are they, the key is to get rid of an us against them mentality between the teams.
