Dear Quy Huyen Vu,
We are writing to you regarding the TOEFL IBT test taken on February 18, 2017. Please accept our apologies for the delay in reporting your test scores.
Unfortunately, we are unable to score your test due to technical problems with the Speaking section of your test. When the raters attempted to score your Speaking section, your responses could not be heard.
Please be advised that partial test scores are not available. All sections of the TOEFL iBT must be scorable in order to report test results.
A payment voucher has been issued to allow you to retest free of charge.
Please use the voucher authorization number displayed in the "View Orders" section of your TOEFL Profile to schedule another test date. For security reasons, we do not provide the voucher number in the e-mail. The voucher number will pay for the test.
You may register for a test date on any available TOEFL iBT scheduled test date for up to one year from the date of this voucher and at any test location. You would register online as you would for any TOEFL iBT test. When the payment screen appears near the end of the registration process, click on the voucher as the method of payment. On the next screen, copy or type the voucher number in the designated field. You may also contact your Regional Registration Center that services your region to register if you prefer.
PLEASE NOTE: If you plan to register for a test date within 12 days of your original test date, you must immediately call your Regional Registration Center for assistance in processing the registration. Due to the TOEFL iBT Retake Policy, you cannot register yourself for more than one test date within a 12-day period.
