I saw you leave us a 3 Star review for our moms shit list. I just wanted to reach out to you to express our apologizes for issue you had.

As for the warping of the board, since we use knotty pine, there is a possibly of having slight warping but not too much that it couldnt be hung. Could you possibly send me a photo of how warped the board is? There might have been a possibility that the sign could have absorbed excess moisture in its route to you and caused the warping. If you would like also, i do offer a return option if your interested in returning the sign.
Once i receive the info, id be more then happy to help you out and try to turn this 3 star into a 5 star!
