Good afternoon,
Please could you let me know what I need to do to be able to use mobile ticketing?
I thought I would get a link to click from my phone in the confirmation email?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

On reviewing you account under reference number 2287260490 I can see that you had a journey for Thursday 9th March 2017 at 07:55 from Hemel Hempstead to London Euston which is a Anytime Day Travelcard.
As you mentioned you want to use mobile tickets.
In case of mobile tickets these tickets are route specific and ticket specific.
The route on which your are traveling from Hemel Hempstead to London Euston is operated by London Midlands which doesn't offer the mobile tickets on this route.
You may not get this delivery option on every route as not every train operating company offers a mobile ticket.
