But my point is every time when we create a object with lookup or master detail relationship and add it as a related list to other object it shows the button like New Payer,New Provider Role or New Practice Site Clinical Workforce basically it's new + object name as you can see this on the account page layout.
For now I have added both button in this related list the main differnce is when we click on the standard button which is New Practice Site Clinical Workforce It auto populates the practice site with account name but in custom button it doesn't populates it.
Same thing is here on the Clinical Workforce object the standard button autopopulates the Clinical Workforce Type with Clinical Workforce name but in custom button it doesn't populates it.
For now I am keeping both button on the related list.Could you please verify this once and let me know which one you want?
