PM proceeded to talk in spanish with me and explained an issue with a payment that had been dispersed on 1/19/17 for the amount of $1,628.71 to his account. PM explained that the payment has not been deposited into his account and has been trying for more then a month to get in touch with the right people to help him with his issue but has been sent back and forth throughout departments including Payoneer themselves. PM said Payoneer told them that they needed to get screenshots of payment details where it showed that the $1,628.71 amount was dispersed on 1/19/17 so PM provided Payoneer with the screenshot of that information and PM said Payoneer needed more then that with more details. Aside from that the PM had made the RDD but still claimed to have never received his share of the money. PM is also concerned because of an agreement he had made with the customer of a refund of $600 and has not been able to make this refund because he never received his share of the money. Also, he said that it is also a concern for him because this is his job and the PO keeps on pressuring the PM to come up with the money but keeps getting sent to other departments and not being helped by anyone really. Says that they always tell him different things and payoneer didn't even handle the case properly.
I talked with the PM about everything that it could be. I checked payment details and made sure the system had reported the dispersion on the date said, I took a look to see if it was that this was the first reservation of this listing and had to wait the 30 days after the checkout even though I already knew that the 30 day mark period at this point has already passed. I asked if PM had got in touch with payoneer directly and if they had any information on the payment details because no payment was in their system and asked for a screenshot but when provided was "not specific enough". Now, my thought at this point was maybe the payment had not been dispersed correctly, or maybe the payment was simply on hold by their personal banks for some reason. Asked PM if he had talked to the bank and they said that the bank has no history of the transaction. but then I remember that the $200 RDD had been returned and the traveler had received that amount into the account which would mean that the payment had been processed for those $200 to be deducted and refunded, so my question at this point was where is the money that the company had to place into his account and why payoneer couldn't see the details or had history on this. So I went into compass then under guest management and checked with the REZID (HA-67W0YM) and went into the payment transaction details and found out that they were associated with Ayden and switched to payoneer before the transaction had been dispersed. This is why payoneer has no real evidence of any of these transactions. Ayden is the 3rd party with the details to these transactions. These transactions are all visible in the guest management page under compass and they arranged in this order.
