because of the difference between your fathers methods of heat treating and my own i will test one of each of the blue handle knife to see which offers the best for my customers , here i prefer spring steel from leaf spring over 12 chrome , but maybe my heat treatment of 12 chrome is not as good as your fathers treatment , i am new to 12 chrome so do not have his experience , so will test to see what is best ,
