I had a therapist that didn't even help me what do you do when the person that's supposed to help you cant because you don't open up to people easily. well what I did was just act like I was fine to get out of there and all I could do was cope my own way and that led me to the demon and to listen to its command and keeping the demon around because it made the stress and all my problems go away. people say its better to open up to people but they don't know me and they will just judge
