Harold having character and being a hardass, he's tough, he train hard, and he works hard, he focus on his company and made her as great as it is, by hard work day and night, all hardasses are the same, he also is strong, train, take care of his body, rest, he does everything to keep himself lean, he's pretty amazing at the end, and he has a lot of character and know that everything good in life comes from hard work, also he's trying to make his son as good as he is, so he's pretty hard on him, but because he knows if he's not hard, he won't achieve by his own, is just trying to teach him character make him good. He's strong, strong people with intelligence will always perform good, even tho they don't have the education or whatever, they put the hard work and achieve, with intelligence is even better, because they can achieve greater things, smart people will choose a goal and work hard on it, great people are defined by two things, they are smart, and they are strong, meaning they have an strong will and focus on getting why they want by working hard and not giving it a rest.
