Malatya is one of the 81 cities of Turkey. It's the 27th crowded city of Turkey. It is the biggest city of Eastern Anatolia region. It is placed in the upper part of the region. Due to the fact that Malatya is placed approximately in the intersection points of Southern and middle anatolian regions, it has many cultural wealth. Some ruins show that Malatya was created in the Hittite civilization. Since then, even if the city was broken down it has reached to the present. Malatya is known as Apricot region. Additionally, Malatya is the only place that had two president of the republic in the Turkish history. Ismet Inonu and Turgut Ozal was the two presidents of Turkish republic. Malatya has got 13 districts;

Malatya's main weather condition as known as continental climate. Usually, winter months are cold and long, summer months are hot and dry. I am from Malatya and I go to Malatya every year. Malatya is the best place I have ever seen. To my mind, the best natural beauty of Malatya is Levent Valley. It is in the Akçadağ district. You can go to Observation room that was made by glass and watch the scene. When I went there, I went down with dizziness because it was really high. There was a balcony too. The balcony was narrow as only one person can fit. I couldn't get down balcony because I felt dizzy again.
