Salah satu mantra yang termasuk ke dalam kategori mantra perlindungan umum. Efek dari mantra ini yaitu mengurangi damage si penyerang (perlindungan 7HP selama 3turn)
Mantra ini hanya untuk melindungi diri sendiri, bisa menggunakan protégé totallum ataupun protégé horribillis jika mantranya berupa sihir gelap, jika ingin melindungi lebih dari satu orang/kelompok)
Cara kerjanya sama dengan portego, hanya saja yang dihasilkan sudah tentu lebih besar, dan energy (MP) yang digunakan juga lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan menggunakan protégé. Mantra ini tidak boleh dilakukan secara berturut turut.
Reducio
Mantra ini merupakan salah satu mantra perlindungan khusus. Reducio memiliki efek yang sama seperti arresto momentum, yaitu untuk mengurangi damage dari mantra fisik, hanya saja efek perlindungan dan energy yang dibutuhkan lebih besar daripada arresto.
Mantra perlindungan khusus seperti arresto momentum dan reducio hanya bisa digunakan jika terserang oleh mantra fisik. Pun dengan impervious, impervious bisa digunakan jika si duelis terkena aguamenti.
Khusus untuk mantra perlindungan ini, jika si duelis diserang hingga fainted dengan aguamenti/mantra fisik, si duelis masih bisa melanjutkan duel menggunakan reducio/arresto/impervious dengan catatan MP si duelis masih mencukupi.
