-Varrock easy before 15+ Mining, Varrock med before 80-99 Mining - 10% chance of double ores
-Falador elite before Slayer and Farming - Prayer recharge + Falador tree always protected
-Fremennik hard before 99 Runecrafting - Recharge dragonstone spell
-Lumbridge & Draynor before 99 Slayer - 5th block
-WP elite before 93-99 Slay - 15 pt Nieve tasks
-Fremennik elite before Slayer - Jatizso teleport, not a huge effect
-Desert elite before 99 Mining - Desert heat protection
-Desert elite before 91-99 Thieving - 8 Sceptre charges
-Morytania elite before 99 Slayer - Bonecrusher
-Karamja elite before 99 Woodcutting - free grove entry, not a big effect

Fletch darts while doing Slayer, Firemaking, Mining, and Woodcutting/Fishing if you don't 3t them
Superheat to 87 Smithing, should get you to 82+ Magic
Magic imbue during Agility, Thieving, Smithing, Woodcutting, Mining, Fishing, Hunter, Firemaking - Should easily get 99 Magic without any time wasted
Make sure you do Agility and Prayer before 91-99 Thieving - Both help a lot in Pyramid Plunder
Having 99 Agility before doing Smithing helps if you do Addy plates - fewer stamina doses needed when running to/from the bank.
Crafting, Herblore, Construction, Firemaking, Farming can be done at any point after you do Runecraft/Hunter, as long as you have the money to do them efficiently. -
