We are looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive Manager Assistant who is passionate about customer service to join the management of our team. Ideal candidates will be able to work independently and will demonstrate the ability to quickly learn our organizational structure and company objectives. They must be professional, organized, and adept at clear communication. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable routinely thinking two to three steps ahead, anticipating issues and solutions, demonstrating flexibility.
Requiriments:
• Minimum two years human resources and administrative experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel Internet
• Experience in customer service will be plus
Job duties:
• Answer phones and distribute messages to the appropriate parties
• Process incoming mail and examining outgoing mail
• Handle administrative duties, such as filing and data entry
• Responsible for processing employee benefits, payroll reports and implement requests
