I have checked with the German Consulate in Seoul, reagrding the Tourist Visa Process. [ Attached you can also find the documents needed to attain Tourist visa]
Here I will just mention the documents which I need from Avira's side.
1.Proof of Travel - Return Flight tickets
2.Proof of Accommodation (i.e Hotel reservation etc.)
3.Proof of Medical Insurance - Refer last bullet mark in attached sheet.
As the document states, it usually takes 5 working days to get the visa,from the date of submission of documents.
I would need at least 1 day to prepare the documents that are required from my side.
In this case it would mean - If you can prepare all these documents by 14th or 15th May. I would be in position to submit the documents by 16th May Thursday. If all the documents are in order, it would mean I would get the visa earliest by 24th may-Friday (As 17th May is a National Holiday in Korea).
In the given scenario, we will need to schedule another day/date. It would be a lot convenient for me, if the meeting date is
+ Re-scheduled the meeting date to either Monday or Friday,so that i can fly In or Out on the weekend (due to my holiday constraints).
+ Reaching Konstanz would take longer due to change in transportation ( After a long flight , I would feel safer to take public transportation rather than driving myself. )
+ I like to be prepared well, so I would prefer reaching a day or half a day earlier to scheduled date
In case the above seems slightly lengthy.. alternatively we can do following -
According to Avira's convenience, I can take an entire day off and we can -
- schedule entire thing that was planned for me at Avira, over Skype Video Call without any time limitation -
a. Have the conversation with HR - as scheduled over skype
b. I can talk about myself to you ,Gerogiana other Avira employees .
c. Whatever task you plan for me - I could still do that in particular time frame.
d. Present you the result of my tasks
The only difference being it would be over a skype video call.
I am open to to both scenarios, So you can let me know , how you would like to proceed.
