1. Vlad Dracul.
Vlad Dracul adalah Raja Rumania pada abad 14 yang gemar berperang dan terkenal kejam. Kemampuannya dalam berperang tidak diragukan lagi dilihat dari jumlah peperangan yang dia menangkan. Dipercaya Vlad Dracul mempunyai ritual khusus sebelum memulai peperangan, yaitu meminum dan berendam dengan darah mayat yang berhasil dikalahkannya.
2. Vlad Tepes III
Vlad Tepes III yang kemudian dijuluki Dracula (merujuk kepada nama vlad dracul, pendahulunya) karena kekejamannya yang menyamai vlad dracul. Vlad Tepes III (Dracula) hidup pada tahun 1431 dan meninggal pada tahun 1476.
Kekejaman Vlad Tepes terkenal dari cara dia menghukum para tawanan dengan cara sadis, yaitu dikuliti dan disula (disula adalah penyiksaan dengan cara ditusuk mulai dari anus dengan kayu sebesar lengan tangan orang dewasa yang ujungnya dilancipkan. Korban yang telah ditusuk kemudian dipancangkan sehingga kayu sula menembus perut, kerongkongan, hingga kepala). Dipercaya kekejaman dan keberhasilan Dracula dalam peperangan disebabkan karena Dracula meneruskan ritual pendahulunya Vlad Dracul untuk mandi dan meminum darah manusia.
