Same-sex marriage- marriage between people of the same sex, either as a secular civil ceremony or in a religious setting.
History of gay marriage is really long. The first Roman emperor to have married a man was Nero. It's kinda weird story. He is reported to have married two other males on different occasions. The first was with Nero's own freedman, Pythagoras, with whom he took the role of the bride. Later, as a groom, he married Sporus, to replace the teenage female concubine he had killed and married Sporus in a very public ceremony where Sporus was forced to pretend to be the female concubine that Nero had killed and act as though they were actually married. The marriage was celebrated in both Greece and Rome in extravagant public ceremonies.

Some people have different beliefs. In most religions, including Christianity, Islam, same preferences are a sin. People believe in procreation to repopulate the world, but are against gay marriage and homosexuals adopting children because they cannot procreate on their own and this is their main argument. If this is a stand point on making or breaking gay marriage then only people who are fertile and want to procreate should be able to get married, according to this bias.

A 2010 study published in the newspaper Rzeczpospolita revealed that Poles oppose gay marriage and the adoption of children by gay couples. Nearly 80% od Poles opposed gay marriage and 93% of them opposed the adoption of children.
Well Poland has never really given gay marriage a chance but they believe that gay marriage will weaken its institution and people living there. Others are fearful for children's futures and they fear being raised by two fathers or two mothers may compromise children's mantial capacities.

Even tough to most people gay marriage should be illegal or stay in its current state, I believe we should change the world for future generations. We feared that different religions were going to clash but now all of that religions coexist. White people had Black and Hispanic slaves and now White men, Black men and Hispanic men can be equals. If it is possible to overcome such fierce obstacles then we can overcome the boundary obstructing gay marriages and straight marriages alike. Gay merriage should be legalized for these reasons. Evolution will always continue and at any given point in time, something will occure that we will not like in this world, but we can overcome this, like we did many times before. Gay marriage is a controversial issue that people have been fighting for years and it has finally came to the surface. We should take advantage of it.
