Some requirements:
- Male Students only please, thank you ^^ !
- You have to sign the lease for full duration from May 25th, 2014 to August 25th, 2014.
- You will have 1 private bedroom and share the kitchen, the bathroom with the landlord, her son and (maybe) another housemate.
- Dog-friendly and not allergic to dogs (because there are 2 old small well-behaving dogs in the apartment)
- Please be responsible for keeping the apartment clean (clean after you cook, eat or use the toilet)
- Please keep the house quiet enough (don’t play loud music overnight or something similar :P )
The Sublet includes:
- Monthly payment of $700.
- Ultilities included in the payment (Electricity, hot water, good speed wifi internet)
- Shared kitchen with many cooking utensils, plenty of cookbooks, a portion of the fridge, a shelf of the pantry to store dry foods, stove, microwave, toaster, juice blender, dishwasher.
- Shared bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. Please buy and use your own shampoo and body wash.
- Shared basement with free washing machine and dryer. Please buy and use your own detergent.
- Bedroom with 3 windows and many nice useful furniture as you can see in the picture. They include a bed, comforter, pillow, a small closet to hang your clothes, 2 tables, 1 computer table (you don’t see this in the picture), an office chair, another chair, 1 wood storage trunk and 2 plastic 3-box storages, 1 ceiling lamp, 3 table lamps, 2 electric 6-outlet strips, carpets. I can equip a fan for your use during the hot summer months :D !
- The apartment also has a nice wooden balcony looking over a garden which you can visit.

- 2 minutes walk to the 73 bus stop on Trapelo road which can take you to Harvard Square.
- 7-10 minutes walk to Bentley shuttle stop at Waverley Square.
- 10 minutes walk to Shaw’s supermarket
- 5 minutes walk to Dunkin Donuts and a Cinema on Trapelo road
- Beautiful, clean, quiet and safe neighborhood in my opinion ^^ !
