He simply nodded in response to his short explanation about cots. He followed after him in the dim light, looking around at the things he didn't get a chance to because he had gotten distracted. There was a space in front of the rows of pews. Skewed to the left side was a modest pulpit, and in the background of the stage, there was a cross, and above it, a stained glass window. It was impressive, beautiful even, yet he was sure Lucifer's other dogs would laugh in his face if he dared say it out loud.
Adraxas became curious about the male and maybe even a bit surprised. He seemed just as tired as he was, yet he wasn't irritable, he was willing to help someone out even if he did look bohemian. The religious people in the news seemed somewhat intolerant with their protest signs discriminating against this and defending that. At least the other didn't appear as one of those people, that set him at ease.
His hands still in his pockets, he stopped when the other male did, and he shifted over to the side to see him open a door on the wall and take out what he assumed was the cot. He watched him set the thing up with ease, and he looked over at him once he turned around again.
The corners of Adraxas' lips twitched upwards in the beginning of a smile. He uttered a classic 'thank you, I really appreciate it' and took a hand out of his pocket to ruffle his hair because a few strands started to fall in front of his eyes.
He hoped no one came in the church to disturb his sleep. He was tired from a lack of food and from walking here in the cold. He was not a morning person, so if anyone decided to wake him, they better be ready to experience a bit of hell.
