Here's how you can get your invoice instantly next time around:

1. Visit 'My Orders' section of your Flipkart account here: http://fkrt.it/bqWLi~NN
2. Click on the order for which you’d like the invoice and click on ‘Request Invoice’

The invoice will be sent to your registered email address used while placing the order.

It's that simple! In case you don’t find the invoice in your inbox, please check the spam folder.

As discussed, we have briefed morning shift consultants about how to download the invoice copy for Non – FBF sellers.

If consultants are not able to send the invoice copy and download in SA and download in Flo (Flo Link for Non - FBF sellers: https://10.47.0.167/) they should check in the link available in Yoda  - http://10.85.141.47:35888/dashboard/index

If they are not able to download invoice in Yoda link (APL) informed them to check in the new link for Non – FBF sellers

Consultants should replace the Shipment ID - Q-52225904 in the link, which will be available in Flo. Below is the screenshot of the same.

If consultants are not able to download in new link provided, informed them to fill the form and keep the incident under WFIU for 02 hours with the issue type as Create case>>>Soft copy invoice - Archived order>>>Serco Email General>>>WFIU

FA, where you can get the shipment ID and seller ID. Do not fill the form.

Use link for Non-FBF :- Lenovo K8 Plus (Venom Black, 32 GB) 

Change the shipment ID and hit enter, still if you are not able to download the invoice then change the seller ID in the link and hit enter.

FBF orders should be checked on APL link
