Ruby was born september 8th 1954,ruby lived in Tylertown Mississippi like every other african american.When ruby was about 4 years old her family decided to move because,they thought they will live better in a city.However when ruby moved she had to take a test to se if she will be able to attend to all white school.After all ruby was a only a six year old that had pas the test,but an angry crowd of white parents disagree with ruby attending to all white school because, she is the first black child to attend to a white school.Ruby first day did not go very well when she enter the school it felt so lonely,only because white parents did not want their children to be dealing with a black child that was only six years old some white parents took their kids to school it did not matter who was their.White people thought that black people or other race should not be treated equally.Many people threatened to poison ruby or hurt her or he family,if she went back to school.Ruby's father got fired because his boss thought that someone should not work for him if his child attended to a white school.On the first day of school ruby and her teacher Ms.Henry sat in the classroom now that no white parents would allowed their children be in the same classroom as ruby.She supported and helped Ruby through the diffuclt conflict Ruby was facing.
