May I know the operating system you are using on your computer?
Is it Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 or Mac?

Are you trying to access Web Mail in Internet Explorer or Edge browser?

Due to recent update done by Microsoft on Windows 10, there were some changes done on Internet Explorer, which is preventing access to Web Mail at your end.
We have found a resolution which you would need to follow step by step to make Web Mail work in Internet Explorer.

Step 1:
Open Internet Explorer. Click on Tools(Gear icon at the top right corner of IE). Click on Internet Options. Click on Security Tab. Click on Trusted sites. Click on Sites button. Type http://webmail.earthlink.net and click on Add. Click on Close. Click on OK.

Step 2:
Open Internet Explorer. Click on Tools(Gear icon at the top right corner of IE). Click on Internet Options. Click on Advanced Tab. Uncheck Enable third-party browser extensions. Uncheck show friendly HTTP error messages. Click on OK.

Step 3:
Open Internet Explorer. Click on Tools(Gear icon at the top right corner of IE). Click on Compatibility View Settings. Add webmail.earthlink.net and click on Add. Click on Close. Click on OK.
