🛌 As a Receptionist, you are going to be handing out rooms to others.🛌
💛To give a player a room you will say “give PLAYER ROOM 201” or whatever other room numbers.💛
Example:
give cutpe room 201
😲So cool right?!?😲
✨To give a player a Suit you will say “give PLAYER Suit 200”.✨
❗️We know Suit is supposed to be spelled Suite.❗️
❗️But in this case for the board we say Suit.❗️
💛To take a Room away/clear it you say the same command only you say take.💛
“Take player room 201”.
Example:
take cutpe room 201
😢😭 Now it has gone.😢😭
🤓The board will automatically take away the room if they leave or die so you will not have to do Room Checks!🤓
💛The Gold Lane is the Fast lane you must serve these Guest first.💛
⚪️White lane is the Suite lane you will be handing these people suites.⚪️
💙The other 2 blue lanes are STANDARD ROOMS.💙
{Tip} If someone asked for a Suite at the STANDARD LINE do not give them it! They must have the Game-pass to get the Suite.
When talking to a Guest you are going to start with a Friendly greeting.
Example:
💙Hello, welcome to Hilton Hotels! Am Cutpe nice to meet you, how may I help you on this Lovely Day?
The self-check-in machines only work for people who have the fast lane game pass for regular rooms or the suite game pass to get either a room or a suite.
TROLLING:
💛 Trolling and exploiter and also spammer happen a lot at Hilton. But how we tell the tolling and exploiter and also spammer to stop?
First, let start off with trolling.💛
🤓 Trolling happen a lot! But to get the troller to stop you need to give them 3 warnings.🤓
Example:
Warning 1- Trolling.
✨ Don't give them warnings for a dumb reason✨
Example:
Warning 2- Eating in line.
⚪️But, when the troller gets 3 warnings! You call an security to cuff them. And when the troller get cuffed call an Hr/Mr to come to your server⚪️
[TIP] It good to keep your profile settings on for anyone to come.

Now for exploiter!
✨As you guys all know that there is an exploiter everywhere. But do you know how to stop an exploiter? ✨
✨If you see an exploiter, call an security as fast you can and don't give warnings to the exploiter! Then after that call an HR/Mr!✨

🛌Now for the last one spammer!🛌
🛌A spammer is the hardest to deal with! For a spammer, they get warnings, but for the major spammer, they get NO warnings.🛌
